At My Journey Australia, our Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators have access to Complex Case Panels, working in partnership with specialists in Mental Health and Behaviour Supports to review complex cases and guide Support Coordinators through service delivery
We get to know each participant and their NDIS plan, helping turn it into real life support that makes their everyday living better.
